Call for Participants

You saw it in 2007! You saw the development piece in 2009! Now become a part of the 2010 Q2: Habitat at the Settlement Quarry! Opportunity awaits you! Here's how you can be involved.

PERFORM:
Casting Call: Performing enthusiasts needed to portray spindly trees, curmudgeonly porcupine, blockheads, rebels, birdwatchers, and other top secret characters. Calling all types of performers, high school age and older. Tech positions also available. No experience necessary! The opportunity to work with a world-renowned choreographer, professional dancers, large scale puppets, steel drum music and an excavator! Come and be a part of the creative process.

Rehearsals will be held on:

Saturday, June 26: 10-12;Deer Isle Elementary School Gym; Working on Turf scene.
Saturday, July 10: 10-12; Deer Isle Elementary School Gym; Working with Accessorizing Turf.
Saturday, July 17: 10-12; Settlement Quarry; Working on Birdwatching.
Saturday, July 24: 9-1; Full cast with music in Quarry.
Saturday, July 31: 10-5; Full cast with musicin the Quarry. Community call will be only a portion of this time.
Monday, August 2: 2-7; Rehearsal and dress rehearsal.
