Friends,

Come join us Wednesday, November 12th For Our

Open House at the Performing Arts School

The New Surry Theatre's Performing Arts School opens its doors to friends and family this Wednesday, November 12, for an Open House at the Blue Hill Town Hall Theater.

Come see students currently enrolled in the school's Acting class as they demonstrate their acting skills through improvisation. Come join in as the audience gets in on the act by giving the actors suggestions -- these shows are always lots of fun!

As you may know, the focus of Artistic Director Bill Raiten's Acting class is truthfulness in acting. You may also know that this class has produced many of the actors featured in NST productions. But did you know that many students who started out with this class have gone on to work in a wide variety of stage, film, and TV productions?

HAVE YOU BEEN THINKING ABOUT TAKING AN ACTING CLASS?

This event will be of special interest to anyone thinking of taking classes for the first time in the Performing Arts School's January 2009 semester.

The Open House takes place on November 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the Blue Hill Town Hall Theater. Admission is free. For more information call 374-5057 or go to www.newsurrytheatre.org.

Hope to see you there!
