EXPERIENCE THE OPERA HOUSE
There is nothing like seeing an event at the historic, 250-seat Stonington Opera House, and Opera House Arts’ schedule is full 52 weeks a year with a wide variety. From first-run feature films to community theater, from Actors Equity professional productions to originally commissioned Maine performance, to Pecha Kuchas and musical evenings from jazz to folk and back again, featuring legends such as Noel Paul Stookey and Charles Lloyd, we’ve got it all! The Opera House, with its intimate setting and warm acoustics, is the only place in Maine where you can see and participate in such a diverse array of performances.
